Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 cup dried cherries or fresh cherries, pitted and chopped

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat and Prepare
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Step 2: Mix the Dry Ingredients
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and salt until well combined.
