Ingredients
  

  • For the Crust:
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • For the Filling:
  • 2 cups fresh peaches peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • For Garnish:
  • Extra peach slices
  • Whipped cream
  • Cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Crust
  • In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  • Divide the mixture evenly into serving cups and press down gently to form a crust layer.
  • Step 2: Cook the Peach Filling
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the diced peaches, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the peaches are soft and syrupy. Allow to cool completely.
  • Step 3: Make the Cream Layer
  • Using an electric mixer, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined.
  • Step 4: Assemble the Dessert Cups
  • Spoon or pipe a layer of the cream mixture over the crust in each cup.
  • Add a layer of the peach filling.
  • Repeat the layers, finishing with a dollop of whipped cream on top.
  • Step 5: Garnish and Chill
  • Garnish with extra peach slices and a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
  • Chill the dessert cups in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
