Preparation
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper, breaking into small chunks as it cooks.
- Drain any excess fat from the beef.
Assembly
- Place slider buns on a clean surface and spoon chopped beef onto the bottom half of each bun.
- Top each mound of beef with a slice of cheddar cheese.
- Add chopped lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles to the sliders.
- Spread ketchup and mustard on the top half of each bun before placing it over the beef and toppings.
- Cut the assembled sliders into individual portions, serve on a platter, and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze sliders wrapped tightly for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.
