  • 1 lb ground beef Use lean ground beef for less grease.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.
  • 8 pieces slider buns
  • 8 slices cheddar cheese Feel free to mix cheeses.
Toppings
  • Lettuce, chopped
  • Tomato, sliced
  • Pickles, sliced
  • Ketchup and mustard For serving.

Preparation
  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper, breaking into small chunks as it cooks.
  2. Drain any excess fat from the beef.
Assembly
  1. Place slider buns on a clean surface and spoon chopped beef onto the bottom half of each bun.
  2. Top each mound of beef with a slice of cheddar cheese.
  3. Add chopped lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles to the sliders.
  4. Spread ketchup and mustard on the top half of each bun before placing it over the beef and toppings.
  5. Cut the assembled sliders into individual portions, serve on a platter, and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze sliders wrapped tightly for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes.
