      Equipment:

      • Nonstick skillet
      • Whisk or fork
      • Spatula
      • Bowl

      Ingredients:

      • 4 large eggs
      • 2 tablespoons milk or cream (optional, for creaminess)
      • Salt and pepper to taste
      • 1 tablespoon butter or oil
      • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, chopped herbs, or cooked vegetables

      Instructions:

      1. Prepare the Egg Mixture:
        • Crack the eggs into a bowl.
        • Add milk or cream, if desired, and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
        • Whisk the mixture until well combined and slightly frothy.
      2. Heat the Skillet:
        • Place a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
        • Add butter or oil and let it melt, coating the pan evenly.
      3. Cook the Eggs:
        • Pour the egg mixture into the skillet.
        • Allow the eggs to set slightly without stirring, about 30 seconds.
      4. Scramble the Eggs:
        • Gently stir with a spatula, pushing the edges toward the center as they cook.
        • Continue stirring until the eggs are mostly set but still slightly runny for soft, creamy results.
      5. Finish and Serve:
        • Remove the skillet from the heat a few seconds before the eggs are fully cooked, as they will continue to cook from residual heat.
        • Serve immediately with your favorite toppings or as a side dish.

      Tips:

      • For ultra-creamy eggs, cook over low heat and stir constantly.
      • Use a silicone or wooden spatula to avoid scratching the skillet.
      • Experiment with flavors by adding cheese, herbs, or sautéed vegetables.
