      1. Activate the Yeast:

      2. Mix the Dough:
        In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Stir until the dough starts to come together.
      3. Knead the Dough:
        Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 8–10 minutes until it’s smooth and elastic. Alternatively, use a stand mixer with a dough hook for 5–7 minutes.
      4. First Rise:
        Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover it with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1–1½ hours or until doubled in size.
      5. Shape the Dough:
        Once risen, punch down the dough to release air bubbles. Divide it into portions if making multiple pizzas. Roll out the dough to your desired thickness on a floured surface.
      6. Preheat Oven:
        Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven during preheating.
      7. Assemble the Pizza:
        Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet or pizza peel. Add your favorite sauce, cheese, and toppings.
      8. Bake the Pizza:
        Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.

      Tips:

      • For a crispier crust, pre-bake the dough for 5 minutes before adding toppings.
