      Ingredients

      For the Chicken:

      • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
      • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce

      • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
      • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
      • Salt to taste

      • 1 ripe avocado, sliced

      • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
      • Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
      • 1 green onion, sliced thinly (optional)

      Equipment

      • Skillet or grill pan
      • Medium saucepan for rice
      • Small bowl for sauce mixture

      Instructions

      Step 1: Prepare the Rice

      1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions.
      2. Once cooked, fluff the rice with a fork and stir in the rice vinegar, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.

      Step 2: Cook the Chicken

      1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
      2. In a skillet or grill pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
      3. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through and golden brown.
