- Start by gathering all the ingredients. Ensure that the cream cheese is softened for easy blending.
- In a food processor, combine the crumbled feta cheese and softened cream cheese.
- Drizzle in olive oil, honey, and lemon juice. Add salt and black pepper to taste if desired.
- Process the mixture until it’s creamy and smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary. This should take about 1-2 minutes.
- Taste the dip! Add more honey if you’d like it sweeter or a pinch of salt if you need more flavor.
- Spoon the whipped feta dip into a bowl, drizzle with additional honey and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days. Best enjoyed cold, but can be gently warmed if preferred.
