Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups watermelon cubed
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar or fresh lime juice for a zesty twist
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Watermelon:
  • Cut the watermelon into bite-sized cubes, removing the rind and seeds if necessary. Place the watermelon cubes into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the Feta and Mint:
