Vanilla Bean Frappuccino Recipe

Cool, creamy, and bursting with vanilla flavor, this homemade Vanilla Bean Frappuccino is a refreshing treat! Perfectly sweet and simple to make with just a few ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole milk or any milk of your choice
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream optional for creaminess
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste or the seeds from 1 vanilla bean
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream for topping, optional

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Blender:
  2. Add the milk, ice, heavy cream (if using), sugar, vanilla bean paste, and vanilla extract into the blender.
  3. Blend:
  4. Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the consistency is too thick, add a splash of milk. If it’s too thin, add a bit more ice and blend again.
  5. Taste and Adjust:
  6. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired. Blend briefly to combine.
  7. Serve:
  8. Pour the frappuccino into a glass. Top with a generous swirl of whipped cream if desired.
  9. Garnish (Optional):
  10. Sprinkle with vanilla bean specks, crushed vanilla wafers, or white chocolate shavings for an extra touch.
