Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into your desired thickness.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a little space on the edges for the crust.
- Generously sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Evenly distribute the cooked and crumbled halal sausage, followed by the halal pepperoni slices, diced turkey or chicken salami, and the beef bacon bits.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper over the toppings.
- Transfer your pizza onto a greased pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
- Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice it up, and serve hot.
Notes
For a thicker crust, let the dough rise a bit longer before rolling it out. Keep a close eye while baking, as cooking times may vary. Avoid sogginess by pre-baking the crust for 5 minutes if necessary.
