  • 1 piece pizza dough Use your favorite pizza dough recipe or store-bought.
  • 1 cup pizza sauce Store-bought or homemade pizza sauce.
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese Ensure it's well-distributed for gooeyness.
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled halal sausage Use your choice of halal sausage.
  • 1 cup cooked halal pepperoni slices Cut into slices for even distribution.
  • 1 cup diced halal turkey or chicken salami Diced for better coverage over the pizza.
  • 1/2 cup cooked halal beef bacon bits Adds a smoky flavor to the pizza.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder For added flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano Enhances the overall taste.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust based on your preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into your desired thickness.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a little space on the edges for the crust.
  4. Generously sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Evenly distribute the cooked and crumbled halal sausage, followed by the halal pepperoni slices, diced turkey or chicken salami, and the beef bacon bits.
  6. Sprinkle garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper over the toppings.
  7. Transfer your pizza onto a greased pizza stone or baking sheet.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
  9. Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, slice it up, and serve hot.

Notes

For a thicker crust, let the dough rise a bit longer before rolling it out. Keep a close eye while baking, as cooking times may vary. Avoid sogginess by pre-baking the crust for 5 minutes if necessary.
