Ingredients

Dough and Sauce
  • 1 batch Pizza Dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
Cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Meats
  • 1 cup Beef Pepperoni
  • 1 cup Beef Sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup Chicken Sausage, sliced
Other Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • optional Fresh Basil For garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. If using store-bought dough, let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes for easier rolling. If making dough from scratch, follow your preferred recipe.
  2. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) to ensure a crispy crust.
  3. Lightly flour your surface and roll out the dough into your desired shape—round or rectangular. Transfer to a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving about an inch around the edges for the crust.
  5. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce as a base for the toppings.
  6. Evenly distribute the beef pepperoni, crumbled beef sausage, and sliced chicken sausage on top of the cheese.
  7. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and sprinkle Italian seasoning over everything.
  8. Lightly drizzle olive oil over the pizza for added flavor and to help the cheese melt.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  10. Let the pizza cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.

Notes

For alternatives, consider turkey sausage or veggie-based options. Avoid loading too many toppings to ensure even cooking. Store leftovers in an airtight container; refrigerate for up to 3 days, or freeze for 1-2 months.
