Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free graham cracker crumbs.
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
For the filling
  • 2 cups cookie dough Pre-made or homemade.
  • 1 cup chocolate chips Can swap with white chocolate chips for variation.
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sauce Optional for serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt. Mix until it resembles wet sand.
  3. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom and sides of a pie dish evenly.
  4. Press the cookie dough evenly over the graham cracker crust.
  5. Sprinkle chocolate chips over the cookie dough layer.
  6. Add mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate chips.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until marshmallows are golden brown and cookie dough is set.
  2. Allow the pie to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing.
  3. Drizzle chocolate sauce on each slice if desired.

Notes

For storage, cover the pie with plastic wrap or aluminum foil. It lasts in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or can be frozen for up to a month. Reheat individual slices in the microwave for 15-20 seconds before serving.
