Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar, and salt. Mix until it resembles wet sand.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom and sides of a pie dish evenly.
- Press the cookie dough evenly over the graham cracker crust.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over the cookie dough layer.
- Add mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate chips.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until marshmallows are golden brown and cookie dough is set.
- Allow the pie to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing.
- Drizzle chocolate sauce on each slice if desired.
Notes
For storage, cover the pie with plastic wrap or aluminum foil. It lasts in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or can be frozen for up to a month. Reheat individual slices in the microwave for 15-20 seconds before serving.
