  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper Adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice For extra flavor

Preparation
  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to help achieve a crispy skin.
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the seasoning blend.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the seasoning mixture and toss until evenly coated. Squeeze in lemon juice for added flavor.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Cooking
  1. Arrange the chicken thighs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, skin side up.
  2. Cook for about 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (75°C).
