Preheat Oven or Prepare Skillet:
If baking, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
If pan-frying, heat 1–2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Mix the Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently with your hands or a spoon until just combined. Avoid overmixing, which can make the meatballs dense.
Shape the Meatballs:
Use a small scoop or your hands to shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Place them on the prepared baking sheet or a plate if pan-frying.
Cook the Meatballs:
Baking: Arrange the meatballs on the baking sheet and bake for 18–20 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Pan-Frying: Place the meatballs in the skillet, making sure not to overcrowd. Cook for about 4–5 minutes per side, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
Serve:
Serve the turkey meatballs with marinara sauce, over spaghetti, in a sub roll, or alongside roasted vegetables.
