  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk or any milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes optional, for a thicker smoothie
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or agave syrup optional, for added sweetness
