  • 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Ensure cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Can substitute with a vegan alternative if needed.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and well blended.
  3. Fold in the chopped spinach, artichokes, minced garlic, mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the top is bubbly and lightly golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For a vegan or Halal option, use plant-based cream cheese and sour cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat gently in the oven or microwave, adding milk if needed.
