- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and well blended.
- Fold in the chopped spinach, artichokes, minced garlic, mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until the top is bubbly and lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a vegan or Halal option, use plant-based cream cheese and sour cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat gently in the oven or microwave, adding milk if needed.
