  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Trim any excess fat from the beef tips.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, beef broth, soy sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  3. Place the trimmed beef tips into your slow cooker and pour the marinade over the top, ensuring every piece is well coated.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  2. Once done cooking, give it a gentle stir.
  3. Serve alongside your favorite sides and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
