Preparation
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside once they’re tender.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula.
- Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant. This should take about 1 minute.
Cooking
- Pour the soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using) into the skillet, stirring to combine with the beef. Add red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper, adjusting to your taste preferences.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet, mixing everything together until the noodles are thoroughly coated with the sauce.
- Toss in the vegetables and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they are warm and crisp.
Serving
- Plate the noodles and beef mixture, garnishing with chopped green onions for a fresh finish.
Notes
Allow the dish to cool completely and store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop, adding a splash of water or broth to ensure the noodles stay moist.
