- Sear the tuna steaks in the hot skillet for about 1.5-2 minutes on one side.
- Flip the steaks and cook on the other side for another minute or so, keeping the center pink and juicy.
- Remove from heat and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the steaks, garnishing with freshly chopped herbs if desired.
