- Spread the seasoned vegetables on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roasting
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for about 20 minutes, shaking the vegetables halfway through.
- Once they’re tender and golden brown, remove from oven and add optional toppings like lemon zest, sesame seeds, or Parmesan cheese.

- Serve immediately while warm.
