  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour and shredded cheese. Stir well to distribute the cheese evenly through the flour.
  3. Pour in the sour cream and melted butter. Stir until it comes together into a shaggy dough.
  4. Shape the dough into small balls, about the size of a golf ball, and place them on a greased baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
