Strawberry Banana Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • ½ cup yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional, to taste
  • ½ cup ice if using fresh strawberries

Instructions
 

  • Prepare Ingredients:
  • Wash and hull the strawberries if using fresh ones. Peel the banana and slice it into chunks.
  • Blend:
  • Add the strawberries, banana, milk, yogurt, and honey (if using) to a blender. If you’re using fresh strawberries, add ice as well.
  • Blend to Smoothness:
  • Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of milk.
  • Serve:
  • Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Garnish with a fresh strawberry or banana slice, if desired.
