- Prepare Ingredients:
- Wash and hull the strawberries if using fresh ones. Peel the banana and slice it into chunks.
- Blend:
- Add the strawberries, banana, milk, yogurt, and honey (if using) to a blender. If you’re using fresh strawberries, add ice as well.
- Blend to Smoothness:
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of milk.
- Serve:
- Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Garnish with a fresh strawberry or banana slice, if desired.
