Strawberry Banana Smoothie Recipe

- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup milk dairy or plant-based
- ½ cup yogurt plain or vanilla
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional, to taste
- ½ cup ice if using fresh strawberries
Prepare Ingredients:
Wash and hull the strawberries if using fresh ones. Peel the banana and slice it into chunks.
Blend:
Add the strawberries, banana, milk, yogurt, and honey (if using) to a blender. If you’re using fresh strawberries, add ice as well.
Blend to Smoothness:
Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of milk.
Serve:
Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Garnish with a fresh strawberry or banana slice, if desired.
