Preparation
  1. Wash the strawberries and peel the banana.
  2. In a high-speed blender, combine the chopped strawberries, sliced banana, Greek yogurt, and almond milk.
  3. Blend on high until the mixture is creamy and smooth.
  4. If needed, add a splash more almond milk to reach desired consistency.
  5. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  6. Add your favorite toppings like sliced strawberries, banana slices, granola, or coconut flakes.
  7. Serve with a spoon and enjoy!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. For a thicker texture, freeze bananas before blending.
