Strawberries and Cream Recipe
This classic strawberries and cream recipe is a simple yet elegant dessert. With sweet, ripe strawberries and fresh whipped cream, it's a perfect treat for any occasion.

- 1 lb fresh strawberries hulled and halved
- 1 cup heavy cream chilled
- 2-3 tbsp powdered sugar adjust to taste
- 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
- Fresh mint leaves optional, for garnish
Step 1: Prepare the Strawberries
Wash and hull the strawberries, then slice them in half or quarters depending on size.
Set aside in a bowl.
Step 2: Whip the Cream
In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract (if using).
Whip the cream using a hand mixer or whisk until soft peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip—it should be fluffy and light.
