  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine spinach dip, shredded cheese, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
  3. Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil or cooking spray.
  4. Using a tablespoon, scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about an inch apart.
Baking
  1. Place the sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and let the crisps cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider topping with olives, chopped sun-dried tomatoes, or paprika. These crisps can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days or frozen for a month. Reheat for 5-7 minutes at 350°F (180°C) to enjoy them crisp again.
