- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped spinach, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well blended.
- Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and place it onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving enough space between each scoop.
- Gently press down each scoop to flatten them slightly.
- Place your baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
- Let the crisps cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
- Serve warm as a delightful appetizer or snack.
Notes
Store leftover crisps in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
