  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese Use fresh grated for best melting quality.
  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach Or frozen, thawed, and drained.
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese Softened for easier mixing.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Adjust according to taste.
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season to your preference.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped spinach, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well blended.
  • Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and place it onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving enough space between each scoop.
  • Gently press down each scoop to flatten them slightly.
  • Place your baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
  • Let the crisps cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
  • Serve warm as a delightful appetizer or snack.

Notes

Store leftover crisps in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
