  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Prepare the Spinach and Artichokes:
  • Ensure the spinach is fully thawed and squeeze out any excess water. Chop the artichoke hearts into small pieces.
  • Mix the Ingredients:
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes, spinach, and artichokes. Mix until everything is well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Assemble the Dip:
  • Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish or skillet. Spread it out evenly and sprinkle a little extra mozzarella or Parmesan cheese on top for a golden finish.
  • Bake:
  • Bake the dip in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Serve:
  • Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Pair it with tortilla chips, sliced baguette, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
