Preparation
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat.
- Brush each slice of crusty bread with olive oil.
Grilling
- Place the bread on the grill, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
- Grill the peach slices for about 2 minutes on each side until grill marks appear.
Assembly
- Place the grilled peaches on top of the toasted bread slices.
- Tear the burrata cheese and place it generously on the warm peaches.
Serving
- Drizzle honey over the top, sprinkle with red chili flakes, sea salt, and black pepper to taste.
- Finish off with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F for 5-10 minutes.
