Ingredients
  

For the Crostini
  • 4 slices slices of crusty bread (like baguette, ciabatta, or sourdough) Can substitute with whole grain or gluten-free bread.
  • 2 pieces ripe peaches, pitted and sliced Other fruits like nectarines or apricots can be used.
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese Tear into pieces for serving.
For Grilling
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon red chili flakes Adjust based on desired spiciness.
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium heat.
  2. Brush each slice of crusty bread with olive oil.
Grilling
  1. Place the bread on the grill, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
  2. Grill the peach slices for about 2 minutes on each side until grill marks appear.
Assembly
  1. Place the grilled peaches on top of the toasted bread slices.
  2. Tear the burrata cheese and place it generously on the warm peaches.
Serving
  1. Drizzle honey over the top, sprinkle with red chili flakes, sea salt, and black pepper to taste.
  2. Finish off with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F for 5-10 minutes.
