Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grab a mixing bowl.
- In the bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar, and pepper jack. Mix until well blended and creamy.
- Stir in the can of diced tomatoes and green chilies, along with the diced bell pepper, jalapeño, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish, smoothing it out evenly.
Baking
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes or until it’s bubbly and golden on top.
Serving
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or fresh veggies for dipping.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. This dip can also be frozen for about 2 months.
