- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and sour cream. Use a spatula to mix until everything is well-combined.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese until it’s nicely incorporated.
- Taste the mixture and add salt and pepper based on your preference.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the dip to an oven-safe dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
- Once out of the oven, sprinkle chopped green onions on top for garnish and serve with tortilla chips or veggies!
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute low-fat cottage cheese and sour cream. Avoid lumps by mixing thoroughly. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge, and you can freeze for up to a month. Reheat in the oven at 350°F until warmed through.
