- Gradually add the dry ingredients into the cornmeal mixture, mixing until well combined. If you fancy a touch of sweetness, add the maple syrup.
Cooking
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add oil to coat the surface.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the skillet, shaping them into round cakes. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they’re golden brown.

Notes
