Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, sauté the minced garlic over medium heat until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add spinach and cook until wilted, then remove from heat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, wilted spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and top with shredded mozzarella and breadcrumbs (if using).
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving and enjoy!
Notes
Serve with a side salad or garlic bread for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
