- Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning over the chicken breasts evenly, ensuring all sides are coated.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Soak wood chips in water for 30 minutes if using.
Grilling
- Place chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes or until grill marks appear, then flip and grill until internal temperature reaches 165°F, about another 6-7 minutes.
Prepare Alabama White Sauce
- Mix mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt to taste in a bowl. Whisk until well-combined.
Serving
- Remove grilled chicken from heat, allow it to rest for a couple of minutes, then drizzle with Alabama white sauce. Serve with your favorite sides.
Notes
For substitutions, use a homemade blend of paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, and dried herbs if Cajun seasoning is unavailable. Storing leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for 2 months.
