Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease.
- Add the sloppy Joe sauce to the ground beef, stirring until fully coated. Let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
- In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the beef mixture and biscuit pieces.
Baking
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until biscuits are golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F or microwave individual portions.
