- Begin by cutting the beef sirloin into bite-sized pieces.
- Dice the medium potatoes, ensuring they are all roughly the same size for uniform cooking.
- In a bowl, combine the salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Optional: Sear the beef bites in a hot pan for a couple of minutes per side until browned.
- In your slow cooker, mix the seared beef (or raw if you're skipping that step) with the diced potatoes.
- Pour in the cup of beef broth and add the garlic butter on top.
- Set your slow cooker on low and let it cook for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once it’s cooked, sprinkle with chopped parsley for presentation, serve warm, and enjoy!
