  • 2 pieces ripe mangoes, peeled and pitted Choose ripe mangoes for maximum flavor.
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (or a dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/2 cup milk (or a dairy-free alternative)
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey or agave syrup Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • as needed cubes Ice cubes

Preparation
  1. Start by peeling and pitting your ripe mangoes. Chop them into smaller pieces for easier blending.
  2. In a blender, combine the mango pieces, yogurt, milk, honey or agave syrup, cardamom powder, and a handful of ice cubes. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste your smoothie. If you prefer it sweeter or thicker, feel free to adjust the honey/agave syrup and add more ice, then blend again.
  4. Pour the creamy mango lassi mixture into a bowl, get creative with the presentation.
  5. Finish off your smoothie bowl by adding a sprinkle of granola, a few slices of almonds, and extra mango chunks on top.
  6. Enjoy the delightful combination of flavors and textures with a spoon!

Notes

For best results, use ripe mangoes and consider frozen mango chunks if fresh ones are unavailable. Experiment with different toppings for variety.
