- Start by peeling and pitting your ripe mangoes. Chop them into smaller pieces for easier blending.
- In a blender, combine the mango pieces, yogurt, milk, honey or agave syrup, cardamom powder, and a handful of ice cubes. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste your smoothie. If you prefer it sweeter or thicker, feel free to adjust the honey/agave syrup and add more ice, then blend again.
- Pour the creamy mango lassi mixture into a bowl, get creative with the presentation.
- Finish off your smoothie bowl by adding a sprinkle of granola, a few slices of almonds, and extra mango chunks on top.

Notes
