Cooking Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and a pinch of salt. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until onions are golden and caramelized.
- Once the onions are nicely caramelized, push them to the side of the skillet. Add the thinly sliced beef to the center and sprinkle with black pepper. Sauté until browned on all sides, around 4-5 minutes.
- Mix in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the beef broth and soy sauce, bringing the mixture to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the egg noodles. Reduce to a simmer, cover, and cook for approximately 10-12 minutes, or until noodles are tender.
- Once cooked, serve hot, topped with your favorite cheese and a garnish of fresh parsley. Enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Freeze portions for up to a month. Add a splash of broth when reheating to maintain moisture.
