Ingredients
  

For the Chicken and Broth
  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles discard the seasoning packets
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons chili paste adjust for spice level
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil for cooking
For the Garnish
  • 1 cup bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup green onions chopped for garnish
  • soft-boiled eggs optional, for topping
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the chili paste and soy sauce, coating the chicken evenly. Allow the mixture to cook for another minute.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a gentle boil.
  5. In a separate pot, prepare the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  6. Once the chicken is fully cooked and the broth has slightly thickened, add the sliced bell peppers and cooked noodles to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  7. Drizzle the sesame oil over the mixture and give it a final toss to coat everything evenly.
  8. Spoon the fiery chicken ramen into bowls, garnish with chopped green onions, and add soft-boiled eggs if using.

Notes

Adjust the spice level as desired. Try adding different vegetables for variety and make sure to garnish for added flavor.
