Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Open the cans of refrigerated biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.
- In a large bowl, combine the biscuit pieces, shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning. Toss gently until everything is coated.
- Spray a bundt pan generously with cooking spray.
Assembly
- Layer the biscuit mixture into the bundt pan, pouring remaining cheese or sauce on top.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the mixture.
Baking
- Place the bundt pan in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for about 5 minutes before inverting the bundt pan onto a plate.
- Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
Customize by swapping pepperoni for cooked chicken or sautéed bell peppers. Cover with foil if browning too quickly. Don't overfill the bundt pan to avoid overflow.
