Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 500 g Ground Beef The heart of your meatballs, rich and juicy!
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs For that perfect texture.
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese Adds a delightful cheesy flavor.
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic For that aromatic kick.
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano A touch of herbaceous goodness.
  • to taste Salt & Pepper For seasoning, making sure those flavors pop!
  • 1 Egg Acts as a binding agent to keep everything together.
  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley (chopped) For freshness and color.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, pepper, egg, and chopped parsley. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
  3. With your hands, take about a tablespoon of the mixture and form it into balls, about the size of a golf ball. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Once all meatballs are formed, pop them into the preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and slightly golden.
  5. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce, over pasta, or inside a sandwich!

Notes

For best results, avoid overmixing to keep meatballs tender. Consider adding a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick. Prepare and freeze meatballs before cooking if desired. Experiment with herbs or cheeses for different flavors. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to three months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes.
