Preparation
  1. Start by rinsing your protein under cold water. Then, pat dry thoroughly with a paper towel.
Marination
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss the protein pieces in the mixture until they are evenly coated.
Preheat the Air Fryer
  1. Set your air fryer to 200°C (390°F). Preheating ensures that your meal cooks evenly and gets that crispy texture we all crave!
Cooking
  1. Place the marinated protein in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd them. Cook for about 12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Check for Doneness
  1. After 12 minutes, ensure that the protein is cooked through and has a golden-brown exterior. If required, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Serving
