- Start by slicing your onion and mincing the garlic. If you buy whole sausages, slice them into bite-sized pieces.
Cooking
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced sausage to the hot oil, cooking until it’s browned and cooked through, usually about 5-7 minutes.
- Toss in the sliced onion and minced garlic. Stir frequently and sauté for about 2-3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent and fragrant.
- Gradually add the shredded cabbage to the skillet, stirring often. Cover it for a minute to help it wilt, then keep stirring for an additional 5 minutes.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper according to your taste preferences.
- Once everything is cooked to perfection, take it off the heat and serve immediately.
