  • 4 pieces salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 large lemon (zest and juice)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped) Use fresh for better flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper for easy cleanup. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the dish.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the fillets. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the lemon zest, lemon juice, and chopped dill together. Pour this mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.
  5. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Garnish with lemon slices and additional dill, if desired.

Notes

For best results, use fresh ingredients like dill and lemon zest. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days and reheat gently.
