- In a small mixing bowl, add the soy sauce, olive oil, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, and chopped herbs. Whisk until well blended.
- Place your salmon fillets in a shallow dish or a zip-top bag.
- Pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring it’s well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours.
- Remove the salmon from the marinade and discard the marinade. Cook your salmon via grilling, baking, or pan-searing until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with additional herbs or lime wedges before serving.
