Method
 

Preparation

  2. Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and cut it into thick slices, around 1-inch thick.
  3. Lay out the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Ensure each steak is evenly coated.
Cooking
  1. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, checking at the 20-minute mark for doneness.
