- Prepare the Filling: Cook and season the ground beef or ensure the beans are soft and well-seasoned.
- Assemble the Burritos: Lay a tortilla flat, sprinkle 1/2 cup of shredded cheese in the center, add ground beef or beans, then a spoonful of sour cream and salsa.
- Wrap It Up: Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom, tucking in the ends.
- Grill the Burrito: Heat a skillet over medium heat with butter. Place the burrito seam-side down in the skillet and grill for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and repeat.
- Serve and Enjoy: Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm with additional salsa and sour cream.
