For the glaze
  • 1/4 cup honey Adds sweetness.
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar For tanginess.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry using a paper towel.
  3. In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken thighs, then sprinkle the spice rub on both sides, ensuring even coverage.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned chicken thighs in a baking dish or on a sheet pan and bake for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  2. While the chicken is baking, whisk together honey and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl.
  3. After 30 minutes, remove the chicken from the oven and brush the honey glaze over the top of each thigh.
  4. Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, allowing the glaze to caramelize.
  5. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add some cayenne pepper to your spice mix. Any leftover honey glaze can be drizzled over roasted vegetables or salads for added flavor.
