  • 1 can (15 ounces) sweet corn, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup cream or milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil the rotini according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  4. Once the beef is fully cooked, stir in the drained corn, cooked rotini, ranch seasoning, and cream or milk. Mix until everything is well coated.
  5. Gently fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese into the mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  8. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Once out of the oven, garnish with chopped green onions or parsley, if desired.
  10. Serve and enjoy your delicious creation!
