Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil the rotini according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Once the beef is fully cooked, stir in the drained corn, cooked rotini, ranch seasoning, and cream or milk. Mix until everything is well coated.
- Gently fold in half of the shredded cheddar cheese into the mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Once out of the oven, garnish with chopped green onions or parsley, if desired.
