- Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties about ¾ inch thick. Make a small indentation in the center to help them cook evenly.
Cooking
- Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it heat for about 5 minutes.
- Place the patties in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring they’re not touching. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping them halfway through until they reach your desired level of doneness.

- While the patties cook, prepare your buns and toppings. After the burgers are ready, place them on the buns and let everyone customize their meal just the way they like.
