  1. Start by washing and dicing your potatoes, and chop the onion and bell pepper. This will make the cooking process smoother.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, toss in the diced potatoes. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they become golden brown and crispy.
  2. Push the potatoes to the side of the skillet, add a little more olive oil, and add the sliced Halal sausage. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until they start to brown and caramelize.
  3. Stir the onions and bell pepper into the skillet, cooking until they are soft and fragrant, about 5-6 minutes.
  4. Gently mix everything together, taste, and adjust seasoning as necessary. Cook for another minute or two to let the flavors meld.
